the location was marvellous and unbeatable in a fairly nice area, next to sports bar and theres stores n restaurants, historic district / attractions, and fountain. the personnel was willing to help and seemed to be very good. overall it was extremely spacious with fridge and microwave.

Fantastic central location, close to major attractions, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean, tidy, and boasted a modern bathroom with a comfortable king bed. Breakfast service was good but could improve with more variety. The outdoor seating area under the oldest oak tree is charming, and the pool area is inviting. service inconsistencies were problematic. Room cleaning was missed on the second day, and there were issues with towels and a malfunctioning ice machine. Some fixtures showed wear and tear. A $100 deposit issue still unresolved adds to the frustration. With improvements, this place could be a remarkable gem in a great setting.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions and situated on the main road for easy access. The staff goes above and beyond, creating a welcoming atmosphere. while the newly renovated bathroom was a highlight, the room showed signs of wear, with walls needing fresh paint. The noise from the busy street was noticeable, making it harder to relax at times. The breakfast selection was ample and satisfying, but a bit more variety, especially for dietary preferences, would enhance the experience.

It made our trip to St. Augustine a really great experience. We loved staff and rooms, every detail was provided for our trip. The hotel itself was in a nice area, close enough to the attractions and the trolley and Fountain. Fast check-in was a bonus.

The staff is super attentive and seems to be trained in hospitality magic. The trolley stops right outside, and the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a warm day.
